“Insert Historical Figure” The Musical
Virtual Summer School, July 2020
Inspired by the hit musicals ‘Hamilton’ and ‘Six’, we set our students the challenge of researching different historical figures and writing a brand new musical in just 5 days. The result? Burke and Hare, The Musical.
In just 5 days our students researched, wrote the script, wrote the lyrics, learned their vocals, recorded their lines and vocals from their own homes, and put it together in a radio-musical style! (Some of them even found time to design and create these awesome posters!)
